Payment ModeWe accept POSB / DBS / UOB funds transfer.
For internet transfers, please provide your i-bank nickname
For ATM transfers, please provide a snapshot of your transaction receipt

Laundry Care
Because we want you to keep our dresses for a lonnngg lonnnnnng time,
handwash without soaking is advised to ensure their lonnnnngg lonnnnnngg lives!
If you don't feel like using your hands, (we totally understand how tired your day can be.)
please put the clothes into a delicate clothes net before dumping them into the washing machine.
Sizing
An approximate size for the dresses are: large uk6 - small uk12
However, for more accuracy, please refer to the respective measurements as every girl is different :)
Exchange Policy
We do not do refunds, returns or exchanges unless the item has a defect.
Items are checked very thoroughly before they are mailed to avoid such cases. However, in a super unforeseen event that there is a defect, we will exchange* it with the same item.
Sad to say, we will not entertain cash refunds. :(
*Exchange items have to be in brand new condition, not worn nor washed and exchanged within 7 days of purchase.
Priority orders
Priority will be given to orders with all the required information provided.
Priority will also be given to confirmed orders.
Should you decide not to purchase after placing an order, please let us know :) We're nice.
Dead buyers (failure to make payment or reply emails) however, will be blacklisted.
Delivery
You can opt for normal postage (free!) or registered postage (additional $2.24).Registered postage is recommended for those who want to be able to track their packages
and want protection against lost mail!
Sad to say again, we are not liable for any lost mail due to normal mail. :(
For your convenience though, we'll notify you once your package is mailed!
Singpost typically takes around 2 working days to deliver your package,
but sometimes it can take up to more than a week during busy seasons.
Strictly no negotiation of meetups. Unless of course, a mass meetup is stated!
